In this episode<\/strong> we ask how can we promote innovation, co-creation and organisational learning in the challenging prison environment?<\/p>\n

Prof Sarah Hean talks with members of COLAB who are experienced facilitators of innovation in prison and other environments. P\u00e4ivikki Lahitinen , Laura Sep\u00e4nnen, Marie Aakj\u00e6r, Heli Kaatrakoski and Laure Kloetzer discuss their experiences of their challenges, successes and aspirations in this field.<\/p>\n

This COLAB consortium is a partnership of criminal justice related organisations and academic institutions from Norway, UK, Denmark, Switzerland, Finland and the Netherlands.\u00a0 The consortium was funded by the Marie Curie Sklodowska EU programme of Horizon2020. Much of the work of our consortium was based in Norway and therefore some of our podcast episodes are in Norwegian language.\u00a0 However, because of the international nature of the COLAB consortium, much of the series is in\u00a0 English. The Podcast series is funded by the Norwegian Research Council FORSTERK programme and produced by the University of Stavanger (COLAB FORSTERK 2021-2023).<\/p>\n
