Pusten g\u00e5r av seg selv og du tenker ikke en gang over at du puster (bortsett fra de gangene du gj\u00f8r deg selv oppmerksom p\u00e5 det som n\u00e5). Samtidig har du ingen problemer med \u00e5 overstyre pustefrekvensen. Om du vil, kan du la v\u00e6re \u00e5 puste for en liten stund. Kanskje ett minutt, kanskje noe mer?
