James Goldwater is a software engineer and holds a B.A. in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. He works as an Engineering Manager at Cegal AS, Norway, currently in Geoscience Software Products. Beyond his career, James is involved in acting in, and directing theatre plays.
“Who the hell owns data being output by ChatGPT?”
This episode seeks to explore the questions regarding Data Ownership. James and Daniel dive into a conversation about where the data used for AI models, such as ChatGPT, comes from and who owns the data generated by them. They touch on subjects of history, ethical implications and dilemmas of using AI models for school work, and a future with general artificial intelligence.
